Hi there! It's had been a really long time since I had last posted. PSPS. Anyway, yesterday I went to the class outing. I planned to go there with Hui Ni and Rubecca. We were supposed to meet at HGM at 0805. But in the end both were late, especially Rubecca! She reached at 0910. Woah! Seriously late! Anyway, I also went to the NTUC to buy a packet of potato chips since I only just knew that we need to bring food there. After that we took the bus 89 there. When we reached there we helped with the BBQ stuff. I thought pit 33 would be quite far as from my last experience there when I went to the band bbq. But it was kind of weird. At the park though as there were not much people there. It was kind of weird to have the bbq when the sun was still up. I was more used to having the bbq in the night time though. Hahah. After that, we were like wrapping the food up in the aluminium foil while playing. Mr Rahim came to visit us for a short while before he rushes off. But he played Captain Ball with our class though. But I didn't join in. I didn't feel like playing Captain Ball at all. At first I and Rubecca wanted to rent a doubles bike together. But halfway, we retreated back to the bbq place. The reason is that we didn’t manage to find the bicycle rental place. We were afraid that we would get lost. Thus we retreated back. After that we spent the time talking and walking around. But we didn’t go far away from the bbq pit though. I and Shawn were like keep playing Angry Birds on his handphone... Hahah. I wanted to play on my handphone too. But I can’t. If I did that, my handphone’s batter won’t be able to pass until the night. :P After that we have the bbq. Most of the people came though. Some of them have some events on so they were not able to attend it. I took quite some pictures during the bbq. I kept lending Bernice’s and Rubecca’s sunglasses and took photos with it... And I love it. I love how I look with the sunglasses. Too bad I need to wear my specs otherwise I would really like to wear it normally. I have this love for sunglasses already!! ^^

After that I, Rubecca and Shawn decided to go to the Ehub as it was way too hot at the bbq. But when we were just at the Pasir Ris Park entrance, getting ready to leave. We received a call from one of our classmates to help buy things back. It was ok to buy things. The main problem was the amount of things we were told to buy. We were supposed to buy 8 bottles of 1.5 litres of drinks, 3kg of charcoal, and other small stuffs. We went to Cheers to buy our stuffs. 8 bottles of 1.5 litres is really HEAVY! We bought the things the moment we reached the Ehub. So we didn’t get much chance to enjoy the air-conditioned... >< So buying all the stuffs we went to the Burger Kind to enjoy the cooling air. Rubecca went to toilet so I and Shawn were like keep playing Angry Birds there! Wahahah! :D When we eventually decided to go back, our plastic bags was beginning to getting start to “oppose” us. It began its “self-destruction”. That was really bad! In the end, Rubecca had this “brilliant” idea of “lending” the NTUC trolley to carry all our “grocery” there. Hahah. But at the entrance we saw the sign that we were not supposed to push the trolley in the park. We were really afraid that we might get caught. However we saw someone with the trolley. So we decided to risk it. I was the one pulling the trolley. The other 2 wanted to snatch frm me, but I wouldn’t allowed it. It was so fun pushing the trolley! :D But when we pushed there, some of them weren’t quite happy about it. >< The boys pushed the trolley back afterwards. We continued to have fun bbq. And we tried to teach Rubecca to ride the bicycle. But we totally failed... >< Try harder next time... :D And I ride the doubles bike with Enjo and HuiNi. It was really fun riding with EnJo. I ride with HuiNi because she was lazy to walk. But in the end I was able to ride a doubles bicycle alone. Yay!

After that, when I, Enjo, Rubecca and Bernice decided to go home, we decided to go and take neoprints. It was so much fun! Too bad the camera of my handphone is not good enough to put the photos here. We wasted a lot of time there also though... Opps... But it was really enjoyable. After that, we took the bus 89 back. When we just sat on the bus it was really packed. We talk a lot in the bus, but we got “separated”. I, Bernice and EnJo were at the back of the bus while Rubecca was at the front of the bus. So our distance is really far... I kind of feel sorry for her. :P She seemed lonely. *Starts singing 2NE1’s Lonely* LOL. Hahah. Okay, that’s all. BB!

Hi there. It’s April’s Fools day today! I had lots of fun today in school because of the tricks that we had made on the teachers. It was so fun.
Today we also had our CME project presented. We had done on the responsibilities. The first period is CME. We didn’t trick anyone then though. The next lesson was Mass PE. We had to be in the push-up position for so long. After that, we try to trick Mr. Rahim. We pretended to all not listen to his lesson and sleep in class at the same time. We wouldn’t wake up no matter what happen, until the signal is given. It was so fun. He was like sitting there and didn’t know what to do. The next lesson was Chinese lesson. It was not much of tricking though. The most fun part was during the Geography and Mathematics lesson, where we tricked Mr. Seah and Mrs. Sim. During the Geography lesson, we turned our tables and chairs to the back to the classroom. Then we locked up the front door and open up the back door. It felt kind of weird though, facing the back of classroom for lesson. But it is so cool. We still continue the lesson despite the weird arrangement. Mr. Seah really believed that that is the new classroom arrangement. The other people who walk past our class look so shocked and by looking at their reactions was totally funny. We even had our Geography class test in that project. Hahah. After that it was Mathematics lesson. That’s the most fun part of the tricks we had today. Mrs. Sim was shocked to see us in our position and Edmund hid inside the cupboard and when Mrs. Sim went near the cupboard during the lesson, Edmund suddenly jumped out of the cupboard, scaring her. It was so funny. And he was like saying so hot so hot after he came out. Hahah. After that, we pretended to sleep again and she try to tickle people up. Some of them scream during it. I was laughing… hahah.

6 days 5 nights KL trip

I had already started to miss the KL trip already… It was very tired but it was fun.

1st day & 3rd day of KL Trip

1st day of KL Trip

Hi there! I’m finally returned from the long KL trip. I had already started to miss the KL trip already… It was very tired but it was fun. We had ups and downs during this trip and I really enjoyed this trip a lot. Actually, I had not gone to a school trip for such a long period of 6 days 5 nights. However some problems still occurs though.
On the first day of the KL trip, we got some delayed of the buses. Anyway, we were split into two groups. All of the boys, except those in the cornet section, would have to share the bus with the Catholic High people. We had to come to school at 0715, but the boys and the percussion section would have to come at 0615 to help carry the percussion instruments. Haha! In the end our buses were delayed. I heard it is because the immigration problems… In the end, we went up the bus quite late at around afternoon… Before that, most of us went to the canteen or walked around the school as we really have nothing to do. I and Maisie were like sitting in front of the General Office. Everyone that walked passed us that we know was kept asking us the reason we were still here. After that when we are in the bus some was chatting, while some of them were doing homework and some of them were sleeping, to replenish their energy. I was doing my homework, there were like so many holidays homework. After that we had few toilet break and we went to Yong Peng to have our lunch. The lunch was funny as two of the people on our table kept suaning each other. After that we continue our trip to the Concorde Hotel. After that we went have our dinner. Other schools had already eaten their dinner. So we went to have our buffet dinner and the room keys were also given out then, I was with the same room with Maisie and Ming Yi and our room number was 806. Our room was on the 8th floor obviously. Our room was at the corner room and our room was opposite the staircase. Ming Yi knocked the room door before opening the door since she had the least amount of things that she needs to carry. Both Maisie and I have to carry our instruments and our luggage. Ming Yi’s tuba was at the Concorde IV. After we went in the room, we put our luggage and decide which bed we are going to sleep in the night. There are three single beds. I chose to sleep at the bed that is nearest to the windows. I had always liked to sleep near the window. Ming Yi slept in the middle bed while Maisie chose to sleep near the dressing table… After that we set up our instruments and boiled the water first before we went down to the Concorde I was our combined practice which was having the practice with the other 3 schools. Actually, the truth is that I don’t really like having combined band practice with the other schools. I was really stressed by them. And the worse is that even though it was not the first time I had practice with these guys, but the truth is that I still don’t quite know them at all. But normally I wasn’t alone playing with them. But this time I was alone as there is a delay of bus where my SL was in that bus. Thus I was alone. I was like so stressed up then. I did like the worst time when I played the euphonium. I really tried to calm myself but it totally failed. I wouldn’t mind if the whole section is playing MOF together, at least my mistakes are not so “clear” to people. But the worst part is that our conductor wanted us to play according to schools, so I will have to play alone. That’s really bad. I kept making a lot of mistakes. After that the 3 St. Patrick people then try to help me, but the way they talk to me were funny. They were like talking to a Secondary1 that had joined band. But I didn’t mind, at least I know what I had to look out for the next time. After that, we had debriefed and we went back to our room. We slept at about 1 to 2pm, which was quite late.

2nd day of KL Trip

On the 2nd day of the KL trip, I woke up at around 5 plus. I had quite a good sleep though. Actually I planned to wake up at 6, but it turned out I woke up earlier than I expected. I was woken up by the chanting at the mosque. After that, I changed and wake up the other two up. After that, we had our buffet breakfast. It was quite nice. After that, we went back to our room to set up our instrument and we went to Concorde III to have our practice. We practice the SYF pieces and the pieces that we were supposed to performed during the shopping mall. We practiced until lunch time and we went to have our buffet lunch. We then continue our practice. Of course we changed to different Concorde room, which had different size. After that, we went to have our buffet dinner. Anyway, all our meals were at the same restaurants with the other 3 schools. After that, all of us took our instrument and preceded to Concorde I to have our combined band practice with the other 3 schools, Siglap Secondary School and Chua Chu Kang Secondary School. This is like a rehearsal of the performance at the concert. It went quite okay though. But it wasn’t a good day though. As all of you know, our band had brought a lot of new instruments, though my section didn’t get any new instruments at all… >< But in a day, our band had two instruments dented… The first one was the tuba of the tuba section leader which kind of fell down and thus was dented. That is a new instrument too. After that, our band had another accident. We were supposed to move things from the Concorde III, so we put our instrument at outside the room which had a table beside it. My instrument was still in the Concorde III then. Then suddenly, I heard a big crash. I faster came out and see what happened. It seemed that the glass of the table fell down and crashed on the bass trombone which belonged to the trombone section leader. The whole band was punished that day and we did drills. The girls had to do 30 squats and the boys had to do 20 push-up. Everyone was in a bad mood after that. We then went back to our room and went to sleep.

3rd day of KL Trip

On the 3rd day of the KL trip, we had the performance at the Putra Jaya Concert Hall. We woke up at about the same time again and we done the same thing again. We went down to have our buffet breakfast. After that we proceed to the concert hall. It took about 1hour of bus trip there.

March Holiday♥

Hi there! It’s me again! It had been sometimes since I had last posted. It’s finally the start of the March Holiday! Yay! But this holiday doesn’t seem much like a holiday at all. We have lessons almost every day during the holidays. But the sad thing is that I’m not able to attend to most of the lesson in the March Holidays except for the lesson on Monday. This is because I will not be in Singapore for 6 days. It’s like almost the whole of the holidays. We had a band exchange program in KL. I’m excited to go on this trip but I’m as well worried that I’m might not be able to catch up with the lesson as our teacher are still going to continue with lesson and maybe even new chapters!!! >< But I’m still looking forward to the KL trip. It’s like just a few more days to the KL trip. I haven’t pack finish my luggage for the trip! And I haven’t done finish all my holiday homework. I’m not so hardworking to will bring my homework to KL to do. Hahah!:D

Today I had band practice and Amaths lesson. So I went for 1hr of Amaths lesson then I went for band practice. We did the last part of the chapter of the rate of change. After that, we did an open book test on the differential. I wasn’t quite good at it. Hiazz… After I went to band and obviously I was late. It seems like so weird to say my reason for being late is because I had lesson as those people who are in the same class as me and also in band didn’t go for lesson. After that, in the band practice, our conductor let us hear to the Der Volgenhandler Operatta. It nice! After that, at 11am before our conductor left. Anyway, the 5 songs we going to play at the KL are confirm. We’re going to play Der Volgenhandler, Sock Hop Tonight, March Tonight, and Music from Glee and Jubilance. After that, we waited for quite some time before our tutor came. I was kept playing too fast!!! >< And today somehow I keep failing to reach those high notes!:)

CA1 is finally over!

Hi there! It's me. It had been quite some time since I had last posted here. This is because of the stressful common test. It is the only common test I would be having this year though because after that it will be all prelims. We have 3 prelims in total before the Common Test. The first prelim is all on the Secondary4 topics, the second prelim is on the Secondary3 topics and the last prelim is on all the topics.

Actually I think I did quite okay for this common test cos most of them had a large improvement! Yay! My Amaths had passed with flying colours this time. Yay! Actually I didn't even expect to pass my Amaths this time. At first I thought if I had passed my Amaths common test it would be a miracle as I think I had done a lot of mistakes in the paper and I didn’t know how to do many questions in the paper. Mrs Sim always read out our marks when she gave out the paper. When it was my turn, I was prepared to hear a worst mark. But she suddenly said something about I had tremendous improve (I wasn’t quite paying attention as I was quite nervous about my results. I was preparing for the worst.) Then she suddenly said I got 42/50. I was so shocked at that and I think my mouth was open. But I was really happy at that time. It was like my first time that I had got this high mark for amaths. I didn’t even think that it was even possible for me to get such marks for amaths for my life and this definitely gave me a lot of hopes. Another one that I had improvement would be combined humanities. I got A2 for it. I thought that I would have scored not so well for my history paper. I had one whole essay that I didn’t know how to do it. I was like totally given up for that essay at that time. When Mr. Rahim told the class that a lot of people had either scored 3 to 4 marks for the first question I thought that I would not be able to get distinction for this time as humanities is one of my better subjects other than Chinese, when compared to my other subjects. But in the end I got 18/25 for my history which I didn’t quite expected, so I quite happy. So therefore after adding my social studies results, I got a distinction for Combined Humanities which means I now have 2 distinctions already. Yay! I’m happier on Friday. On Friday after my band practice I met Mr. Rahim. He told me that I had improved a lot in writing my essay. He said that I had more maturity and thinking in writing my essay! Yay!
On Friday was another band practice. But the band room was liked so empty. That’s because the Secondary 3 camp so the whole band room was only occupied by the Secondary 4 only. We were playing Dark Adventure, Jubilance, Glee, Der Volgenhandler and the Memories of Friendship. I played so bad at the Memories of Friendship at the solo part cos someone just shouted I was soloing and the other euphonium player didn’t know where he gone to. I was like so nervous that I played 2 wrong notes!!!

Hi there! It's had been quite sometimes since I had last posted. Sorry!
Today I went for the group study and went to watch the Chingay. The study group was with Rin and Blob. It was fun!!! We met at the Bishan Libary to study at the 3rd floor, in the reading room there. I brought Geography and Chemistry there to study. We study until like about 1pm, then we went to Subway to have our lunch. Halfway, Rin arrived from her tuition. After that, we went back to the libary again. But it was like quite hard to find a place to sit with table. After that, we just go to the 4th floor instead. There was fun, cos Rin is like keep suaning Blob. Hahah.

Anyway, I just now went to the field near the Hougang Mall there to watch Chingay. It was so nice. I'll post the video next time!

Exchange at St. Patrick PLUS Olvl Chem SPA

Hi there. Today I had the exchange at the St. Patrick and O Level Chemistry School-Based Practical Assesment. I hope I did well at the O Level Chemistry SPA exam... I reached the school at around 0925... I thought I was going to be late. Luckily I was still on time. I studied at the period of time before all the others had arrived. Our class was in the 2nd shift. The experiment gone quite well though.

After that, I went up to the band room and set up my instru... Practised a little and talk with Maisie. She was trying to learn her Chinese Spelling and I was keep disturbing her... Hahah! Anyway, the Sec3 had already gone to St. Patrick in the morning... The bus for the Sec4 will only come at 1am. After that then I know then rhe Sec3 had done the SYF Marching Video already. Yay! Then we no need to march in the hot afternoon, but we wasted our efforts memorising the March Together... Hahah. After like about 12 plus then all the other Sec4 had arrived. We went up a bus with Indian words all over the bus... Hahah! I was so bored that I studying Chemistry in the bus... :P At 1330, we finally reached St. Patrick, and we're late AGAIN! We like not even one time early lor. Hahah. We then went to their hall to set up our instruments. After that, we went to put our instrument's case and our bags in the classroom. The drawing in the classroom is nice!!! After that, we went to have our lunch, which is a MacChicken Burger... It was okay la. After that, we went up to the hall again and listen to the other 3 schools performed their set and choice pieces. Our band was the last one to performed. Al of us were so jin zhang. I played really bad for both the Memories of Friendship and Der Volgenhandler... :( Then our conductor praised us for effort or somekind of things... Most of us were like with our mind blank and we all were like all saying what happened when he said something our school. Actually, this band practice is like regain it when we were in sec1 and 2 which we had band practice 4 times a week... Ok, that's all, BB!

2nd week of the school

I’m still trying to adapt to this stressful sec4 life. I really don’t like this sec4 life as it is so stressful… We are having O level this year and everyone is hoping us of doing better for this year as 2010 batch didn’t do as well as the 2009. I could only say that the 2009 batch did really well. I really hope that I could do as well as them. Anyway, I felt really lucky that I had my sec3 camp last year. Mr. Raffi told us that from this batch of sec3, they would have to suffer in the sec3 camp, because of our new Principal. Our new principal said that there should be no more fun for the sec3 camp. They would have to run 4km every morning in camp plus trekking for 3 to 4 hours, morning and night. I’m so glad that I don’t need to go for it. :D Anyway, I hope that I won’t do too badly for this year cross country. It had been increased to 4km. This is bad…
Anyway, we had the sec1 audition last Wednesday. It was so fun. I and Clarrence brought a group of sec1 all round to each section. One of them is really pro. He had no music background at all. It was so much fun. But the sec2 will have to have practice on Tuesday and Thursday already. Hiazz… Anyway, I hope that there will be more juniors to join us. Okay that’s all, BB!

1st week of school

Hi there! It’s me again! Finally the 1st week of school is finally over…. The days passed by so fast… I’m secondary 4 already and 2011 is going to be my final year in secondary schools… Most of the teachers that taught us in Secondary 3 continued to teach us in Secondary 4, expect for some.
Since we are Secondary 4, our classroom had been “upgraded”, and we had to climb to the 4th floor to reach it. I sat with Rubecca though at the 4th row. HuiNi and WenHui sat behind us. We had 2 periods with our form teacher, which is still Mr. Rahim. There is a change in positions in the class community though. Cindy and Audrey had become our chairperson and the vice-chairperson while Tanyakorn became the cleanliness IC. I continued to be the Green champion. But I got nothing much to do for my position… Anyway, our class name is not longer Cheers. Our new class name is Change as 4Cheers doesn’t sound as nice. Our Chinese, English and Maths teachers had been changed.
The first Chinese lesson didn’t go quite well though. During Chinese lesson, the Higher Chinese would be using our classroom, and we had to go to the Mother Tongue Room. We didn’t know who our Chinese teacher was. We are looking for our Chinese teacher all around the school. After that, we found out that our Chinese teacher is Mdm Xuan Xuan. We were so shocked to found out that she is teaching us as she normally taught higher Chinese. Even thought we already know who our Chinese teacher is, we still cannot start our Chinese lesson yet as we still haven’t found her yet. All of us were running all around the school just to find her. We were like exercising at the first day of the school. We finally found her, but we only left 4minutes for lesson…
Our English teacher was changed to Ms Phua. But our maths teacher is not confirmed yet. It may be Mrs Sim or Mr. Eric Koh. Mrs Sim is teaching us now though. But in week 3, our class will be combined with 4D and will be separated into half. I was put in Mr. Koh class. But I had passed the Additional Mathematics Test so there may be a change…
Yesterday, we had the CCA Open House, which was mainly to promote our CCA to the Secondary1. It was fun. We had to play in the courtyard though… But we were like shouting and giving out flyers to the Secondary 1 and we paste the flyers all around the school… So fun!!! ^^ Hope more sec1 will join us! Ok, that’s all, BB!

Band BBQ

Hi there. It’s me again. Yesterday I went to our band BBQ. It was held at the East Coast Park, area C, pit 7 and 8. I meet up with Ying Yi at Compass Point outside 7-11 at 3pm. When I reached there, Ying Yi had already reached. Some of the others also meet there. After that, I and Ying Yi went to the bus stop and took the bus 43. After a while the bus came, and it was raining at that time. The bus trip was like about 1 hour. I and Ying Yi was talking and listening to music. It was like so long then we reached the Upp East Coast Interchange. There were not much people there at the interchange. As it was raining and we need to walk quite a distance to the East Coast Park. So, we decide to flag a taxi there. At first we thought that it would be quite easy to flag a taxi. But we were wrong… There were very little taxis there… >< At first we saw a taxi without people and thought we could like get on. But we didn’t as the other person “snatches” our taxi. After that, we waited for quite some time before another taxi came. Finally we boarded on that taxi to the East Coast Park Area C.
We thought that the pit would be quite near the carpark since the pit number is quite small… We walked like almost an hour in the rain and it was like so tiring. We finally reached there and we cycled there. Had so much fun… Got to go… bb!

Trip to Junction 8

Hi there. I just return from Junction 8. I went there to watch Narnia with Clarrence, Jackson and Chester. We meet at Compass Point at 1230. After that, we went to Macs to have our lunch. Then we took the MRT to Serangoon first. Chester went to Nex shopping mall to change. So we three head to the Junction 8 first. I was shocked when I found out that the other two had not ride in Circle Line before. Actually I was not so sure with the routh, but I went there once, so I had an impression of how to walk. After that, we went to buy the movie ticket first. We were like choosing over Narnia, Harry Potter and Rapunzel cos Clarrence had watch Narnia before, Chester had watch Rapunzel 1.5 times already and Chester and Jackson don't want to watch Harry Potter. In the end, we chose to watch Narnia. But the process of choosing was fun. One of the part of it was when we four of them like playing hide and seek in the shop. Haha! So fun. After that, Chester and Jackson went to walk on their own while I and Clarrence went kind of shopping. ^^ After that at 1445 we went to the cinema to watch the movie. It was quite nice!!

Hi there! I had finally returned from the band camp. It is so tiring cos we are like playing from morning to night. Then on the first day, we need to reach the school by 8am and we are supposed to meet at 2g and 2h. 2g is for the brasses and percussion people while 2h is for the woodwinds people. But after there is a change in classroom cos the people are painting the door that time so we had to changed classroom. We changed to 2f and 2i classroom. 2F classroom is for the woodwinds people and 2I is for the brasses and percussion. After that we went to set up instruments and started practicing. We had nasi lemak for lunch though. It was like we were practising for all the time. Actually we are supposed to play the water games on the first day, but it was raining so it was postponed to the second day.
On the second day, we are supposed to wake up at 0630 but I woke up at 0600. I was waking every hour and I was like slept only at 1am. Then I woke up at 0123, 0233, 0343, 0559... So I didn't slept much... After that we had physical training and we ran 2.4km... After that we had breakfast. Then we had band practice again... But our water games for that day was cancelled once again cos it is raining again... So we had to prayed for the third day was not raining. We kept making water bombs... That was a little fun.
On the third day, I woke up at 0545. Luckily, it was not raining. We started the games but our group lose until very bad la... :P But it was fun... :DDD After we changed we started practicing. Some of the secondary4 came back and Ronda came back. Then we had a happy reunion of the trombone section. Haha! PeiShan also came back too.
Tomorrow we're going St. Patrick lor... Okay, post until here. BB!

Hi there! It's me again! Yesterday, I finally went for the band practice. But I am still a litle sick though. Yestrday, I saw the set piece for the SYF. It was like so hard and there's high G!!!! I can't reach that high! My high notes is only until high F and it doesn't sound nice also... Anyway, the set piece for the SYF is called the Memories of Friendship and it is a march piece. And one of the part is the melody part... And I don't know how to play... Okay, that's all, BB!

Sick!

Great! Now I'm really sick, but I don't feel like going to the doctors though. I had sore throat and runny nose for like a few days and I had even vomited yesterday night... I also had a slight fever of 38.1 degree Celsius. It was pouring outside now though... I hoped that I will get well soon. I had not went for Band Practice for a few days. I wonder how had the practices had gone along now. Anyway, yesterday I went for the another check-up at the National Skin Centre. It was found that I was allegic to nickel though. Bad... I don't want to be allegic to anything... After that, I still went to the Junction 8... Okay, gonna stop here, otherwise I would be irritated by the beep sound of my computer. It had 7% left only. BB! Post next time!

Hi there! It's me again! Today I went for another skin appointment at the National Skin Centre. This time is more lucky. I didn't have to wait for so long this time... Today it took less than one hour. Phew... At first I thought it will be as long as last time. But the first report for today Patch Test reading. It was found that I was a bit allergy with Nickel Sulfate though.
Tomorrow we need to go back to school for the registration of the NRIC.Okay, gtg bb!

Another appointment at the National Skin Centre

Hi there. Today I had another appointment in the National Skin Centre. Actually I kind of skip one of the extended programme and band practice today though just to go to this appointment. I took the MRT to Novena. After that I went to have lunch at KFC. Then I took the shuttle bus to the National Skin Centre. I went to the Clinic H and I reached there at 1317. Guess what time did I only got to go home... I only get to leave at 1656... That's really long right? I waited really long lor. Now I got a patch on my back to check for allergy. GTG BB

3Cheers Class Outing

Hi there. It had been some time since I had last updated the blog. Today we had the 3Cheers class outing during this Deevapali, which is today... We had the class outing at the East Coast Park. Our meeting place is at the Macdoland in the East Coast Park, by 0930. I went there with Rubecca. We meets at Compass Point, 7-11. I reached first though. After that, we took the MRT using the Circle Line until Paya Leybar. After that, we took the bus 43 until East Coast Park. We thought that we would meet some of out classmates on the bus, but we didn't though...While we are on the bus half way, it started raining heavily... When we alighted, we still need to walk quite a distance before reaching the Macdoland and it was still raining very heavily. Thus, we took a taxi to the Macdolands. We took quite some time before finding the others in the Macdolands. Not everyone had reached yet. Since it was still raining heavily, we still cannot go to the beach yet. Thus, we went to bowling. But when we went there, it was not open yet... But we still can go in. So we went in first while waiting for others. After that, we started to play bowling. At first, I didn't want to play cos I didn't know how to play and I had play before at all. After that, I was persuaded to play. Surprisedly, when I started to play, I managed to hit all the pins except for one.
After a while, all the others arrived. After that, we went to the beach. We set up a place for our picnic. After that, we put our bags there and we went to play on the beach... We played the sand and HuiNi went to use a plastic bag to use as a kite. But it was not very successful though... After that, I, Rubecca, Asyiqin and Wei Qi went to ride bicycle. We went to cycle the doubles bicycle. I and Rubecca ride together, while Asyiqin and Wei Qi ride another one together. Two hour was just $10 per bike. We cycled for a long time. Halfway, the pizza came and we have our lunch. After that, Mr. Rahim's family came... We continue playing sand, then we also played the kite. We went to buy a kite... Okay,that's all, BB!

CCA CIP

Hi there! It's me again. To start with, I want to tell all of you that I had been transferred to the Euphonium section. I had mixed feeling about this though. I like trombone, but I wanted to learn an new instrument. So its okay...
Anyway, today we had the CCA CIP. It was a little boring though at first. We had to take the bus to Tiong Bahru Community Centre which is quite far away from our school though. When we reached, we still had to walk quite a distance before reaching it. After that, we sat in our group first. my group is group 6 and our group leader is EnJo. We then went to change and the shirt is quite nice though. But it is quite thick. We also get a bottle of drink and a recycled bag. After listening to some speeches and presentation, we set off to our respective blocks. But in the end we had been walking for about an hour. After that we starting collecting. I was grouped with Cheryl, QingXin and Georgina. Some of the residents are really nice. That'sall. BB!

Teachers' Day Celebration

Hi there! Firstly, I want to wish all the teachers a Happy Teachers' Day. Yesterday, we were involved in the performance of the Teachers' Day performance. We played two songs. After that, I went to PPS to meet up with H.L. and Y.T.. When I reached, none of them had reached yet. :( After a while, H.L. came and we went into our primary school. Y.T. did not came so early. Her school only released at 1300. So by the time she came the school is closing soon already... But while waiting for her, I and H.L. just walked around the school to see the changes in our school since the last time we had left school. It seemed so long since I came back. Really missed the times then... We then went up to the 4th floor and see our classroom. But I had already forgotten which one is my P6 classroom already. :P Then I heard few shouting hi at me from far. It was Jasmine they all... I was shocked when I found out that they are in the same primary school. After that, Y.T. finally came. We just walked around the school and then we went to Hougang Mall. Okay, that's all. BB! Band Exchange at St. Patrick

Hi there! It had been quite some times since I had last posted. Last Saturday, we went to St. Patrick School. We had to reach school by 0745 and we done the tuning up. At 8plus, we started our journey to St. Patrick School. Most of them were sleeping in the bus... :P After around 45minutes of travelling, we finally reached the school. After that we go to the hall and the other two schools, Siglap Secondary School and Catholic High School, had reached already. After that we went to our seats and I was arranged to sit beside a Sec2 Siglap Secondary boy. After that we got a new piece of the Christmas Festive. It is for the performance at the end of the year at the Botanic Garden. There was a part when all the 2nd trombone are lost. We were like keep asking each other then we al doesn't know which bar we are at. After that, every school had to perform. The first to perform is the Siglap Secondary School. They performed the 'Smoke on Water' and 'Promotion March'. The second school to perform should be our turn. But Gabriel haven't arrived, so we cannot perform yet. Mr. Glosz then said that he can conduct for us. But the problem is, we doesn't want him to conduct... :P So St. Patrick School performed first. They played really well. After that, Gabriel finally arrived and it was our turn to perform. We performed three songs, "Promotion March", "Jubillence" and "Sock Hop Tonight". The last to perform is Catholic High School. They played really well too. After that we can take the bus and go back to school. However, our bus will only come at 3plus and it is only noon at that time. So we will have to stay in St. Patrick till the bus come. Some of them went to have their lunch. But I didn't went with the others to have lunch as we still need to walk a distance and take bus just to eat lunch. Therefore, I stay at the school and practice. At around 1500, the bus finally arrived and went back to school. Okay, that's all. I'll post next time! :D

Celebration of the National Day!

Yay! Today is the celebration of the National Day. Normally the celebration is held on the 8th August. But since this time the National Day falls on a Monday, so the celebration on today. Yay! We have 4 days of holidays. But the next week is the starting of the common test. But today we still have lesson. :( But not much though! Today we have 1 period of Maths, 2 period of Chinese and 1 period of PE.
Today PE was like so fun. For this time we are dancing the American dance thing and we are supposed to stand one line of boys and one line of girls and each line is supposed to have 6 people each. Since we have more girls than boys, some of the girls had to act as the boys in this dance. I was paired up with Shawn though. Then I was like thinking that if Rubecca danced with Shawn won't it be better? But they don't want it though. So too bad. :P The more funny pair is that Huini had to paired up with Edmund. When they see each other their facial expression is like so funny. Both of them are like so shocked. But they will still need to pair up with each other. I and Shawn was like kept confusing the dance moves. But the overall was fun. :D
After that we had our recess from 0950 to 1030. The recess time was extended because the whole level was like in the canteen so there's a longer quece. But I still bought my food really quickly. After that I went to Pei Ying's class to help her with her maths on trigonometry. After that, we went back to class to do the postcard.That is like so boring.
After that we had the concert. The concert is quite nice. But my leg went numb though. The Banders got first in the NC Talent Quest. Yay! Congratz. The Super A was quite good too. They danced the Bonamana. After that, our class had also won 3rd in the class noticeboard decoration and the green competition thing we won 2nd. Yay! Ok, that's all.

Injured leg today!

Hi there! Today I had injured my left kneecap today. I didn't really expect it to happen though and it had not happen to me before. I was like still positioning for the push-up for the second round of it during the Mass PE. We took the height and weight first. After that, Ms Toh took us to the first floor and we did some warming up running. After that, we did 15 push-up and then 15 crutches. I was still okay then. After that we were supposed to play some kind of games where we need to pair up. I paired up with Rubecca. It was like we are supposed to be in push-up position and we need to play scissor, paper and stones for like 5 rounds The one who lose for every round will need to do 5 push-up. I was like still positioning when I felt a sharp pain. I quickly turn over and found that the bones at my kneecap there was like turning to the other side. I was like so shocked when I see the bones like that and it was like so pain. I quickly told Rubecca and we were like kept shouting for Ms Toh. After that, my legs were like not able to move cos it is like too painful. Then more and more teachers came. Later even the principle and vice-principle came. Ms Toh told me that she is going to the office to call my mother. I thought that my mther would just bring me to see the doctor and finish. But when she came back, Ms Toh told me that she had called the ambulance. I was like thinking, "What the..." It was like not so serious... But I really can't move at all. Anyway, I wanna thanks Rubecca and Hui Ni for the help they gave to me today... My kneecap was like still swollen. It was like so painful!!! After that the ambulance came. The people tried to pull me up to stand. Even though it was really painful, I tried to stand up. After some effort, I finally stood up. While I was trying to stand up, I felt that the bones went back into the original position. Because of that, I didn't feel much pain anymore and I could bend my knees.:D I was quite glad about it though. But I was still send to the hospital by the ambulance. Hui Ni and Rubecca help me took the bag from my class to the ambulance. Mr. See then took the ambulance with me and we went to the KK hospital. After that, I just talk to the doctor then I was sent to the ward in a wheelchair... After that I talk to Mr. See for a while before my parents came. He told me that while I was in the ambulance on the way to the KK hosipital, there was a long traffic jam. But the ambulance just turn on the siren and the driver drove as if like he was a F1 driver. Mr. See seemed to be so excited on that. Haha! Then I went to have the X-ray scan. And in the end I have to have a cast on my leg... :( Anyway, thanks a lot to those teachers and friends!!!! :D

Universal Studios 环球影城

Hi there! Tomorrow the school is reopening! :( Hiazz... Yesterday I went to the Universal Studios and had quite fun time there though. However there is a lot of people at the Habour Front MRT station though. It was like the most number of people I have seen at the MRT lor. So scary. After that took the bus RWS8 there. The Universal Studios is really very nice!!!!! After quite some waiting, we finally could go in and took quite a few photos! Above are some of them. Ok, gonna go and sleep or else I couldn't wake up for school tomorrow... Hiazz... School tomorrow... :(

On the way on doing the National Stamp Competition

Hi there! Today I and Asyiqin went to buy the stamps for the National Stamp Competition. We were supposed to go to the Pennisular Shopping Centre to buy the stamps. But in the end we kept getting lost!!!! We are like kept walking in circles!!!!! We first went to Compass Point first where Asyiqin had her breakfast at Burger King. After that we took the MRT to the Dhoby Ghout Station then we changed the line and we took the train until City Hall station. After some walking, we thought that we had reached our destination. But when we reached there, it turned out to be a Myanmar eatery! In the end, we found out that we are in the wrong building. We were in the Pennisular Plaza instead of the Pennisular Shopping Centre. We kept going round in circles and finally we reached the store right this time. After that we also went to the Singapore Philatelic Museum. It was quite fun there though. We bought some stamps that we need for the National Stamp Competition. Our theme is Disney by the way and some of the stamps we bought were quite interesting though. After some walking in circles, we finally reached the bus-stop where we could like take bus 147 together. But after that, we kind of found out that it would be jam there. Thus, we walked another long distance before we reached the MRT station. My legs were quite tired after that cos we were like walking for half day.... Tired... Ok, that's all for today! BB!

Trip to the Oh Chin Huat Hydroponics Farm

Hi there! Yesterday I went to the Oh Chin Huat Hydroponics Farms with Asyiqin, Rubecca and Wei Qi . We visited the hydroponics farm because of the geography project. We met at the Compass Point at 12noon. I reached exactly at 12 noon. When I reached there, Asyiqin had already reach there. After a while, Rubecca and Wei Qi came later. They went to eat their lunch first while I and Asyiqin went to start the video journal. After that, we went to take the bus 159 until Ang Mo Kio Interchange. After that, we went to take another bus for 21 stops. But we seemed to have overboard the bus for 1 stop. After that we went to farm and took some picture.

So sad that the holiday is going to be over soon! :( I haven't finish all my projects and I had not even started on my Science project! (worried!!!) But luckily I had finish all my homework! yeah! GTG BB!

It is after school from 2pm to 5pm and we must report in our school PE attire. This is about the upcoming Youth Olympic and experience on one of the sports, Archery. Okay, that's all.BB!

Yay! The Mid-Year Examination is finally over! Yahoo! I really hoped that I will get good results for my Mid-Year Examination. Today we have the History and Biology Paper. I managed to do finish all my papers! Yesterday I studied until 12am to study both History and Biology. So many things are needed to memories... Hiaxx... All the other papers are okok only except for my Additional Mathematics Paper is like so hard!!!! I am like so scared about it. I don't want to fail it!!! :'( Okay, that's all. BB!

Hi there! It had been a long time since I had last posted. It's finally the holiday. Okay, it doesn't seem like a holiday week to me though. It's more like a remedial/lesson week... Hahaha! It's true. We had to went back to school like almost everyday. Not much difference from the normal school days. Anyway, today I had the Geography class test on the rivers. Studied for it until 11 plus. Hope I would do well for it. But, today during the Geography lesson, there was like so little people in class. Luckily, I had studied for the test. A lot of people did not studied for it. After that, we had the Elective History lesson, which we just did the source-based thing. We then had a break for about 30 minutes. After that, I went to the Computer Lab for the Additional Mathematics lesson, which we only did the ace-learning, which is like so boring.
Yesterday, our class went to the URA ad visited the Singapore City Gallery. It was not considered fun. But the model of the buildings are really nice! I really like the building really much. Yesterday, elementary mathematics, we also went to the computer lab doing the ace-learning...

Sec 3 Leadership Camp!

Hi there! It had been quite a long time since I had last posted. Anyway, I had the Secondary 3 Leadership camp from 28th January to 30th January, which is a 3Days 2Nights camp. It is held at MOE Changi Coast Adventure Centre. We need to go to the school at the usual time and went to the hall to assemble. Then we had the camp chief briefing and the introduction of the Group Instructors, which is from 8am to 9am. Our class instructor is Sufyan. Then after that we put our bags at the back of the hall and proceed to the 1st level, which should be the Ice breakers and Goal Setting, but we just sat there and talking. Then we have the bucket thing, and by the time reaches me the bucket us 1/4 full already and it was quite heavy. I sat between Cindy and En Jo. At 11am, we had our recess until 11.30am... But before that, we had to change into long pants. I wore the swim wear inside since some of the people are wearing too.After that between 1130 to 1230, we assemble and proceed our way to the CCAC. On the bus, I sat with En Jo. Then, we played Truth or Dare. When it was my turn, I chose dare and they wanted me to hold hand with Yu Kit... -.- But overall the Truth and Dare was fun. After we had reached there, we went into our dormitories. Our dome is Dome D and the girls of the class 3A-3E had to be in Dome D. After that, we had the Safety Brief/Belay School. Our class first activity was Kayaking and we were told how to kayak and all those safety things. Then the instructor paired us up and I was paired with Yeow Hui. Then we were all brought to the sea and laid down and get up again. Then I cannot get up. Wahhh... But luckily with the instructor's help, I finally got up. We were going to kayak when it suddenly start raining and we didn't get to kayak. I was like so disappointed as I was anticipating this... After that, we were split into 3 groups and each group have to a improvised rafting. Okay, I don't really like this improvised rafting thing. Actually the grouping alone is not so fair lah. All our class boys is in one group and our groups are all girls lor. In the end, only the almost all boys group managed to finish the rafting... After that, we went to shower... The toilet is like so bad lor. The whole toiley is flooding and not much space to put our things. It was like so dirty and expect us not to wear shoes in. Then call us to bring slippers for what!!! After that, we had our dinner and after that we had the Blind Man trail. At first, I was in the second position and I think Audrey is in front of me. And because of some problem, she couldn't continued and I had to lead. Evangeline is behind me. Then I had to follow the direction of the clapping. Then after some time, I could see the light and I was told to use the clapping thing to lead them back. After that, we had our supper and it was lights out. The problem is that I can't sleep. I was sleeping for less than 3hrs... :'( Therefore I talk to Wei Qi and her friend and they were trying to do Yoga... -.-
2nd day
We ate our breakfast and we had the zipline first. I was anticipating that too, but when the next one is me, the instrutor told me to go down and I didn't get to try. Grrrrr.... After that, we had the rock climbing. I don't have the energy to climb up. That was expected though. Then we had the abseiling. It was like so FUN!!! Then we had our lunch. After that, we had the Challenge Ropes Courses and the Team Building Activities. I was like kept shivering... Hahahaha!!!! Then we had dinner and aread cleaning and then shower. After that we had the final campfire preparation. The campfire is really fun!!! :D And then we had our supper and lights out.

It had been quite some time since I had last posted. Sorry about that. The Secondary 3 life is like so different from the Secondary 2. Usual lesson until afternoon... It's like a bit weird lor. Hahaha! But I think overall is still okay, trying to "adapt" to it. Hahaha! Our class has 43 people and most of them are taking higher chinese... Only 17 people taking Chinese.... Sat with Hui Ni. Hi there! It had been some time since I had last posted. In 4 more days, it will be the year 2010 and in 8 more days, school will reopen... :( Actually, I was quite busy during the month December though.

How am I supposed to know who sent this without the name on it, right? But, I still want to thanks that person who gave me. Hi there! It had been sometimes since I had last posted, hope you all don't mind. Today I went to the Little Arts Academy which is at the 1 Selegie Road, #05-01/02, Singapore 188306. Luckily for this workshop I did not need to wake up as early as the NUS Science Inspire Workshop. Hahahaha! :) But today I learned quite a lot of things of things

2nd Day of Class Chalet:D

Today I went to the class chalet at around 11 plus and reached the chalet at around 12 plus. On the bus 89, I met Joey and Sharlyn. We went to the chalet together and when we were half-way there, we saw Alan at the Bicycle Rental.

When we reached the chalet, there were lots of people at the 1st level of the chalet, but we didn't see any of the other girls. Sharlyn and Joey then called some of the girls. We found out that Sherrie was in the chalet but in the second level. We then went there. After a while of waiting, the other girls came.

We wanted to go to the Seoul Garden to eat our lunch but we were told that it was full so we went to eat at the other place. I have the Spicy Chicken Set Meal which was $7 including the GST. We also had unlimited amount of ice-cream that we could have and drinks. The meal was quite nice but it was a little spicy though. :p

After that we went back to the Chalet and played Cheat and Dustbin. Very fun. :D We also went to played the Wet Head and I was so "lucky" that I got it twice. But only the head was wet and was good cos the weather was really hot and it was really cooling when there is water. After that the girls went to roller-blade and Joey and Ruth cycled. I neither roller-blade or cycled, but I followed those who roller-blade and help a little lor. :D Then, we went to fly the kite and played frisbee with the boys. Okay, that's all, BB!

1st day of Class Chalet!!

Today, I went to the Class Chalet which is at the Coastal Sands-Pasir Ris. I took the bus 89 to the Downtown East and on the bus I met Sharlyn, Li Wen, Jia Wen and Yeow Hui. When I was walking there, I met Krystal!!! After that, I went to outside of the Escape Theme Park which we all supposed to meet but we found no one there. We then found out that they were at the swimming pool in the chalet. The whole chalet was like a maze lor. :)

After waiting for a while, we can go in to the room. The girls all went up to the 2nd level. :D Got air-conditional there. :D Then all the boys at the 1st level. At first we planned to play the game at the beach, but there were too many sticks there so we had changed of plan again. We then changed to rollarblading and cycling. But a lot of girls had left their ez-link cards in the chalet. So the girls go back to the chalet and we played the 终极密码. Got so "lucky" that I get the number twice. :( But it was fun though. After that we received the call that the barbecue items had arrived, so we called some boys to help to carry the items.

When we carried the items back to the chalet, some of the people then went to set up the bbq and helped to cook the food. Thanks a lot to them. :D Okay, that's all, BB!

First Day of The NUS Science Inspire Workshop

Hi there! Today I went to the Nus Science Inspire Workshop. Even though the workshop is going to start at 9am, but I still have to wake up early cos there will be a shutter bus at 8.15am and we had to arrive there on time otherwise we will have to go to NUS ourself. When I reach the taxi stand, I found out that some of the people that are also going to the same workshop had already reached there. There are more than 50 people taking the workshop. At about 8.17am the shuttle bus arrived. But there were a little too much people so some of them had to come out of the first bus and wait for the second bus.

After we had reached NUS, they split us into groups. Anyway, I am in group A1. First, we went to the Lecture Room. We had two lesson: the first one was on the polyhedron and the second one is on Nano theme. After the first lesson, we had our first tea-break and after the second lesson we had our lunch. After that we went to a room to use the Scanning Electron Microscope. My friend and I decided to do on bug's leg and the fingernails. Anyway, a Scanning Electron Microscope allows scientists to view objects too small to be seen with light microscope. SEMs do not use light waves; they use fast-moving electrons to magnify objects up to 2 millions times.

I also learnt about hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity. Hydrophilicity is contact area less than 90 degree and hydrophobicity is contact area more than 90 degree.

This workshop is aimed to let us to have a taste of scientific research. Anyway, will be exposed to interesting science demonstrations and experiments,scientific talk,cutting edge reseach equipment etc .

Even though I need to wake up ealry again tomorrow, I am still looking forward to tomorrow. Okay, GTG, BB!

Class Outing!

Hi there! It's me again! Today there were band and class outing. In the morning from 0800h until 11 plus. I thought that there would be the scale test today, but in the end, there isn't! Phew... The whole practice we were doing the Taiwanese song. We also paid $44 for the Band Uniform money and $1.10 for the cake money.

After that, I did not went home though. I went to Compass Point to eat and change into the class tee. After that I went to the library to use the computer. At around 1256h, I went down to the 7-11 there to meet up with the others who would be going to the class outing. Most of the boys that were going had reached there already and for the girls, only me, Jia Lin and Jia Wen had reached there at that time. After that, the rest then came. Before we had already planned to cycle/roller blade at the Pasir Ris Park but it was raining really heavy. There are 10 girls and 16 boys. After all 26 people had arrived, we took the bus 89 to the Downtown East there. Since it was raining, we had a little change of plan to go bowling. But when we reach there, we found that it was very full, so had change of plan again. We decided to go back to our original plan to go cycling cos it was not raining so heavily.

We then rent bike for 2 hours for $8, so it is cheap! Hahaha! :D At first, some of the people wanted to roller blade then change their mind again, so we cycle. Xin Yi and Li Wen did not want to ride the bike so they went to the Ehub while we went to cycle. Got a light blue bike with the number 539. Starting riding slow but after that ride fast and it was so fun and feel great. But after that it start pouring down. The girls and some boys went to the shelter to wait for the rain to be smaller. But some boys crazy lor, still continued to ride the bike, later got flu. Haha! We then ride back to the bike rental, in case the rain got bigger and we can't get back, haha! When the rain got smaller, we continued riding. There were so many big puddles of water and when riding over it, the water splashed everywhere. It was so fun and almost knocked on others. Haha! And we also saw a Komodo dragon and I saw a millipede swimming in the water since some part of the grass is flooded. Then saw two dogs, one is gold in colour and one is black. Sherrie and Gui Quan injured themselves so they went to the bicycle rental there to take the first aid kit. I was really dirty after the ride so went to change. After that, the girls went to the Mr. Chicken Rice to eat. I was full so I didn't eat. After that, I took the bus 89 back home with Joey. Okay, that's all, BB!

Singapore Botanic Garden

Hi there! I went to the Singapore Botanic Garden last weekend. We reached there at about 12 noon. When I just went in I saw a tree like shaking, but there was no wind so I was quite curious and surprised by it. Therefore I looked closely at the tree. After a while, I saw a squirrel running on the tree. I was so shocked by that. Then I saw that there are not only one squirrel but a lot of them. The whole tree was full of squirrels playing. Haha! But it was hard to take the photo of it cos they were way too fast! After that we went to the swan lake. I was expecting to see two black swans. But I saw two white swans, but I wasn't really disappointed as I think they were really nice. They were many people who brought their dogs there and some of them are so CUTE!!!!!There are so many nice things there. I even saw some red dragonflies and yellow dragonflies. :) After walking for quite a long time, I saw something that I didn't expected. I saw 5 black swans at the Eco Lake. I thought all the black swans are gone. :D When I went near them, a lot of pigeons came and then one black swans came out of the lake. I think it was trying to chase the pigeons aways. There were 2 black swans that were always together.

Hi! Today is the Friday the 13th!!! Tomorrow there is the School Open House and the Farewell Party for the seniors. Anyway, tomorrow we going to play the Old Comrades and the Heal the World. Today, we take the measurement for the uniform. We also have the scale test. I have tested any lor. Argh.... :( Cos when I returned from lunch, they say need to take the measurement for the uniform. By the time I finish letting the person measure the uniform, the test is over! Wahhh... Then I need to finish a lot by next practice. Then Mr. Png call us to do a project about writing a report on the instrument we are playing (for me is the trombone) and to find a recording. Okay, that's all, BB!

Hi. Didn't did much things today. Just facebooking and at 12 plus I went to band. Today we played two new songs. I kind of forget their names already. I remembered one is lots of ABBA songs and another is a marching songs. The Dancing Queen part was like so hard lor. Today, Ronda didn't come to band today so there is no one playing the 1st Trombone part and 3 people are playing the 2nd Trombone. But, Alexia came for a while and played the 1st Trombone. We also did a while of fundamental thing today. Okay, that's all, BB!

Hi there! Today is my birthday! Yay! Happy Birthday to myself! Today I got some presents and I like it! :D Thanks to all those that gave me presents and wish me a Happy Birthday!
Today, all the Secondary 2 Express went on a learning journey. At first, we were told that we were going the National Museum. Then it turned out that only 2 classes could be allowed to go to the National Museum. The other classes were changed to go to the Army Museum and the SG Tidbits 365 of the Singapore Discovery Centre. We were allowed to go down to have our lunch at 1340. Yeah! We then went up the bus.
It was a pretty long journey there to the Singapore Discovery Centre. :) Sat with Hui Ni when we were going there. Even though the journey was long, it was not very boring though. Took some pictures and a video of what is going on in the bus and it was quite noisy though. Haha! :D When we reached the Singapore Discovery Centre, we first went to the SG Tidbits 365 with a guide and 2C. It was still okay but personally I think the whole journey we were like rushing and didn't try out some of the things and just walk past them cos the guide just choose random few people and explain the things then we are off. Then he was saying the last person who reach a certain place will have to dance or report news thing... -_- At the Army Museum, it was REALLY BORING except the part of the movie thing which was quite nice. After that, we took the bus back to the school at around 5 plus.
Anyway, we had took our book list today, even though we still do not know which subjects combination we will be taking next year in Secondary 3. We were supposed to know our subject combination after we had came back from our learning journey.But it turned out that our vice-principle had gone home... So we will know our subject combination tomorrow morning. I wonder what I will get... But the books for next year is so EXPENSIVE especially for the Science. Just one Biology textbook and it costs $33.80 (which does not include workbook). All the Science textbook are over $32. Even though Biology textbook is the most expensive, Biology only need to buy 2 books whereas Physics is needed to buy 4 books! Woah! Okay, that's all, BB!

Visit to the HortPark
Hi there! It had been sometime since I had last posted. Yesterday, I went to the HortPark which is located at the 33 Hyderabad Road, Off Alexandra Road. I took the MRT to the Harbor Front then I took the bus. When we reached the bus-stop we are like kind of confused as we didn’t went there before. We were walking up and down on the street and it was not a short distance at all… After that, we ask a girl where the place is and it is far. She said it was not really far. I was really happy when I heard that it was not really far and I was really looking forward toward it. But it turned out to be really far!!! I was still halfway to the HortPark when I saw a jackfruit on a tree. :D It was 10.09am then. After that, we continued walking until we saw a map and there were two ways and we didn’t know which way it is. It was 10.14am. Then we ask a teacher and we went down the forest kind of way with some stairs, until we reached the second map which was at 10.18 am as the distances between the two maps weren’t quite far at all. After that, we walked a really wavy road with so many curves. I also saw a half ripe pineapple which is red in the middle!! There were so many flowers and they were so nice with bright colours!
At 10.31am, we finally reach the HortPark! HortPark is the first one-stop gardening lifestyle hub in Southeast Asia that brings together gardening-related, recreational, educational, research and retail activities under one big canopy in a park setting. First, I walked past 6 glass houses and the flowers inside was so beautiful!!! There are roses, daisies and many others flowers in the glass house. But the glass was cloudy and I couldn’t take photos of these beautiful flowers. After that, we walked by the Floral Walk and the flowers were so beautiful. We also saw some black and yellow centipedes and looked really special as I had never seen it before. We also walked past the recycling garden and many others. But there are some of the parts of the garden that haven’t finished building. I wanted to go in the Butterfly Garden, but it was locked… At 12 noon, we continued our journey. We then reached the other map at 12.05pm.
We then walked on the Canopy Walk and from it, we saw the Alexandra Arch and they showed pictures of the Alexander Arch when it is at night and it was so beautiful!!! After that we went on to the Alexandra Arch at 12.10 pm. After that at 12.12pm, we went on the Forest Walk which was 1.3km long. The Forest Walk, a steps-free elevated walkway with earth trails meanders through some 50 metres through the secondary forest of Telok Blangah Hill and connects to Alexandra Arch. The raised walkway with heights ranging from 3 to 18 metres brushes the canopy of trees and offers a bird’s eye view of the forest. It was like no ending to this. But luckily, the path was quite smooth, so it was easy to walk. The view from the bridge of the forest was really nice… But, it was also TIRING!!! At 12.38pm, we finally reach the shelter and rested. After a while, we continued walking. We then reached the Henderson Waves. I loved that part the most!!! :D It was like so easy to walk. The bridge has a unique wave-form made up of seven undulating curved steel “ribs” that alternately rise over and under its deck. The curved “ribs” form alcoves that function as shelters with seats within. At 1.17pm, we were about 75% finish. Finally, at 2.18pm, we finally finish it!!! Yay! After that, we went to Vivo City to eat our lunch. Okay, that’s all, BB!

Hi there! It's been sometimes since I am having the EOY this two weeks. Finally I had finished a part of the end of year examination. I had finished the English, Chinese, Geography and Art exams. Yeah! But there is still others exams... Hope that I could do well for these examination.

The English test was still okay for both paper 1 and 2. The Chinese paper 1 composition was a bit hard but I can still manage it. Just write what I think.

Today I am so tired cos yesterday I was studying until almost 12 midnight for Geography and drawing of art. Today for the Geography test I had forgotten the definition for transport and communication and it is worth 5 marks. Ahhh.... Anyway, the others I still remembered it and I hope I can score well. One part of the question is 8 marks and I write until my hand is so suan.

Luckily, I can still finish my art. Haha! A lot of people didn't finish. Okay that's all, BB!

Hi there! It's me again! Today is the Mid-Autumn Festival!!!! Yeah!! So, Happy Mid-Autumn Festival everyone! 中秋节快乐！Today evening I am going to the Punggol Park to take lantern as there is a event there and there will be lots of people in Punggol Park today!

Investiture :D

Hi there! It's me again! Today we had the investiture! We had the band investiture until 4 something. Then we arrange the stands and the chairs. We don't have enough chairs thus we went into the hall to borrow some chairs. :D At around 5 something, we started the investiture. I sat at the third row on the left, between Qian Xin and Maisie.

First, we had the giving out of the certificate for the Grade 3 Theory Test that we had gotten last year. I thought that I will fail the test. But when I had gotten it back, I had passed with merit! Yay! I had scored 82/100.

After that it is the giving out of the certificate to the Secondary 1. Then it is the giving out of the certificate of Secondary 2. I was wondering why my name wasn't call yet. My name was called the last to call for Secondary 2. I was promoted to Assistant Secretary and Lance Corporal. Yay! I was the only one in my level that is promoted to Assistant Secretary! Yay.Okay, that's all, BB!

Today I am going to say about the topic on if tattoos are body arts or mistake for life. First, what is a tattoo? A tattoo is a marking made by inserting ink into the layers of skin to change the pigment for decorative or other reasons. Tattoos on humans are a type of decorative body modification, while tattoos on animals are most commonly used for identification or branding. As it requires breaking the skin barrier, tattooing may carry health risks, including infection and allergic reactions. While tattoos are considered permanent, it is sometimes possible to remove them with laser treatments, fully or partially. Typically, black and darker colored inks can be removed more completely.

Getting a tattoo is not half as painful as it is made to be, and, even if it were, thinking of the end-result is more than enough to make people suffer in silence. They are neither too expensive, which makes them one of the most affordable trendy accessories. While permanent body art may seem to be a cool thing to do, they could turn to be a hindrance, especially if they’re done in very visible places like the hands, neck, arms and chest. Having a tattoo removed, though, is an entirely different story, as it’s a lengthy process, painful and thousands of times more expensive than it was to get it in the first place. There is also scarring and discoloration of the skin and the lack of guarantee that the tattoo will be completely removed.

Therefore, I think that permanent tattoos are mistake for life. If one wanted to have a tattoo, he or she must think about the consequences of it first and don’t regret after having it.

Ways to adopt a healthy lifestyle

Many people will say that in today's modern world of fast-food restaurants, hectic schedules, and widespread illnesses, is it possible to lead a healthy lifestyle?

The answer would be yes. The key to adopting a healthy lifestyle is to determine where you are right now and where you want to go. So what do we do in order to have a healthy lifestyle?

Firstly, one must have a regular exercise program. We can adjust our daily routine if we are short of time. For example, we can take the stairs instead of taking the elevator.

Secondly, fast-food chains should be avoided. But it is okay if we take it once in a while. Eating well-balanced, nutritious meals that include fruits, vegetables and whole-wheat grains will not only keep your weight under control, but will help maintain a healthy immune system.

Thirdly, we need to get enough sleep everyday. If we found we waking up in the morning still felling tired, adjusting the amount of light and noise in your room at night can help us to sleep better. Even the minimal light that your alarm clock gives off can interfere with proper rest, so turn it around to face the other way.

Many people have the tendency to take water for granted. Most of the people know that we need to take at least eight glasses a day, but how many people follow that?

Drinking eight to ten glasses of water a day not only gives you the necessary hydration your body craves, but it can also help you lose weight, improve your concentration, and prevent serious diseases.

All of us brush our teeth twice a day right? But do you know that brushing and flossing not only prevent gum disease and tooth decay, but it can also make you a healthier person. The bacteria can breed in our mouth and can cause infection to other parts of the body. Also a fresh breath and a bright smile can build confidence and self-esteem.

Having started on the road to a healthier lifestyle, we will start to feel the benefits. We will be more active, we will be less susceptible to smaller illnesses and will recover from such more quickly. We will be happier, because doing what we are doing will have an effect upon our general morale.

作文 – 谈运动的重要

不管是老的，少的或中年的，我们都必须要有足够的活动和运动。大家都一定要做一些运动，不论有多么的忙碌或多么没兴趣，运动的重要性是不可低估的。所以说，如果我们是生活在一的步伐非常快和工作忙碌的城市里，更应该停下脚步，休息，和保养。
不运动的后果可多了。我们不但会遇到各种各样的疾病，也会面对不少关于工作或家里的压力和困难。这些问题都会带来不少困扰。
首先，缺乏运动会增加我们患尚疾病的机会。例如心脏病以及数不清的癌症。这是因为如果不做运动来消除身体里过渡的营养，它们就会变成脂肪，导致肥胖。所以，要把这些问题消除掉就只能花一些时间做运动。
第二点，缺乏运动带来的肥胖问题会导致我们觉得很自卑，在工作上或朋友在一起时，都会觉得自己很蓝，对自己没有信心。
第三，如果不常运动，我们的身体最会比一般的人弱。这样，我们会更容易感染到疾病。特别是一些比较年老的人，更应该多运动，保养身子。因为年老了，身体会变得很弱，骨骼业也会渐渐的失去以前的灵活度。做做一些运动会把这个过程发展缓慢下来。让人们的垂暮之年过得更快乐和健康。
我想运动会有更多好处。比起缺乏它的问题，运动有数不清地好处。这些是一些我们天天会遇到的问题，和运动带来的方便。
在我们忙碌的生活中，都一定会面对很多压力。而运动能减轻我们的压力。因为在运动时，我们会全身专注，而不会去想生活上发生的问题。这也可以帮我们放松解压。
运动也能帮我们交更多的朋友。运动时，我们能够多了解彼此的性格，建立更好的交际关系，让我们更健康！
我觉得运动在我们生活中，是非常重要的。它能调剂我们的生活，放松解压。而且，运动的种类很多，让我们选择自己最喜爱的运动。

昨晚散步经过一小段丛林小路，抬头仰望，看见一颗星星，这次我决定再耐心努力看看，是否还有其他的星星，果然找到另外两颗。
再仔细的看，又多出两颗很微弱很微弱的星点。当我尽力用手阻挡来自周围的光线时，我感觉微弱的星点上面一定还有十多颗，甚至百多颗星星在快乐地闪烁着，只是可能被万家灯火遮蔽了。再走一小段路便到邻里购物中心，地铁站。在耀眼的街灯，红绿灯，车灯，商场的霓虹灯下，星星顿然不见了，一颗也没有了！

尽管我垫起脚尖，尽管我用力仰望着天，还是没能再看见原本的真相！我的心，随着星星，在一片吵杂的叫嚷声中，在一片璀璨亮眼灯火中，
在一片看不见真相的都市里，被淹没了…

Hi there! It had been sometime since I had last post. Today I was almost late for school. First, I woke up at only 6.45am today. Even worse, both the bus 87 and 372 came late. After that it was Science lesson. Did all the filing. Then it was PE and the girls played captain ball while the boys played soccer. During Chinese lesson we just went through the words. Nothing really interesting happened though. :D

Today in D&T lesson, something did happened. I was trying to melt the two acrylic to a circular shape. I tried to melt the bigger acrylic which is yellow. It is actually look quite nice before melting. But before that I need to wait for quite a long time before it heats up to 250 degree Celsius. But when I melt the first piece and took it out, I had a big shock. It had so much Bubbles thing in and look ugly... Mr. Siaw said that he had not seen anything like this. It turned out that he had made a mistake in giving me. He gave me a yellow metallic acrylic rather than a yellow acrylic. But luckily the second one was okay. But I need to redo it and I must finish the whole product by next week. Wahh....

Today my class went back to school for the English remedial by my form teacher. In the end, we went back just only to do a comprehension and we can go back home... -.-|| The comprehension will be gone through tomorrow. It's the same as doing the comprehension at home.
The holidays is one week and our class need to go back for 3 days, which is today, tomorrow and the day after tomorrow... :'( Anyway, there is also band on Friday too...

我的生命就像一场小道路。有一粒粒小石子组成。经历过的事情就像这些小石子，有些带来欢乐，有些带来悲伤。许多事情我都把它们丢到九霄云外去了，唯有这件事一直在心中，想忘也忘不了。
那天，碧蓝的天空万里无云，这真是一个去郊游的好日子。但是，我们的班级偏偏被校长选上，在这一天到“乐家老人院”去做义务工作。我们一班同学一上了巴士，便有说有笑地玩游戏和谈天。但是，我心里想：她们会对我们友善还是会叫我们做得像奴婢一样？
不久，校车终于到达乐家老人院。我们的老师，洪老师便兴奋地说：“你们准备帮忙这些老人家了吗？”我们异口同声地喊：“准备好了！”我们各自被分配一样工作。我被安排打扫一间房间。在我还没到达那间房间时，我还沾沾自喜地对自己说：“扫地而已嘛！这么容易！我看我三两下子就能打扫好了！”我一来到那间房间时，不禁愣了一会儿，房间里到处都是灰尘和蜘蛛网。我立即拾起扫把，决定把房间的每一个角落打扫得干干净净。
这看是简单的工作对我一个从小“十指不沾阳春水”的女孩是多么辛苦！我才开始扫十五分钟而已，我已累得快倒在地上了！豆大的汗珠不停地从我的额头上留下来。想到我每次不但没有帮妈妈分担一些家务，还一直叫她做这个，做那个，使妈妈每天都那么累。这是我非常惭愧。过了两个钟头，我终于把房间打扫干净，但我已汗流浃背。我走向大厅，发现其它同学都已经把它们的工作完成了，在与老人家谈天。
这时，一名七十几岁的老婆婆走过来，对我说：“小妹妹，你会累吗？真是太感谢你们了！”我笑着，摇摇头。她便抓住我的手，到大厅与他们谈天。我发现每个在这里的老人背后都有一段辛酸的故事。当他们说到这些故事时，都红了眼睛。他们的儿女都遗弃了他们。其中一人还被他的儿子打，被邻居发现，才送到老人院。
从这一次的拜访老人院后，我对住在老人院的老人的处境有更多了解。我下定决心一定要孝顺父母，报答他们的教诲和养育。

Hi there! It's me again! Firstly, I wanted to wish all teachers a Happy Teachers' Day.
Anyway, today should be a holiday. But our class is so special that we need to go back to the school today. I reach the school at about 7.55am. The side gate was not opened so I had to walk to the front gate. The classroom was not opened yet when I reached the school so I proceed to the canteen. Some of the boys were already there. After that the classroom was finally opened and Mr. Krishnan returned our English Common test paper. I found 5 points in the summary that Mr. Krishnan did not give me marks. Luckily, he gave all five marks to me. Personally I think that I did not do well in this English paper, but at least I passed★ Tomorrow there's band and school starts again. So I better go to sleep now. Good Night! :)

Hi there! It had been some time since I had last post. Anyway, today we were told to wear half uniform to the school. When I got to the school, we need to go to the hall. After that we had a concert. It was quite nice. After the concert we went back to the classroom to put our bags and change into our full PE attire and head to the Parade Square for the Aces Day. We did the warm up with the music and 2E were called up to the clapping cheer and we had to follow. After that, we went back to the classroom again to do some activities.After the school, I went to the staff room to give the teachers the card. Ms Mai was like so happy that she hugged me.

Hi there! It had been sometime since I had last post. Anyway, I had recovered after so many days of MCs. :D Anyway, thank you for those who had helped me when I am sick. :D But, it is going to be hard as I missed a few tests while I am having MCs so I had to retake them. Hiaxx.... Anyway, on Thursday at around the 1.50pm (which is that the school had already over), I went to the school to take the Australian Maths Competition and the photography of the class photo. I had already recovered on that day. But, since I still had MC, I stayed at home. My classmates were like so surprised when they see me. Got back the homework my friends had put under my table. Quite a lot of them...

On Friday, I still went to school to join in the celebration on National Day even though I still had MC. :D But actually, I went back is to retake the maths test which I had missed the time I was sick. I had to retake on Friday otherwise there will be no marks. I went outside the staff room to wait for Miss Mai with Jing Long. Miss Mai wanted us to go in the staff room to do the test first as she had to attend a meeting. Then another teacher came and said it is not a good time. So we had to do the test outside the staff room. Anyway, for this National Day celebration we had got magnets.

Hi there! It's me again! It had been a long time since I had last post. From my title of the post, you knew that I am sick. This time I am having a high fever, dizzy and cough. I had gotten a flu... Wahhhh.... And do you know what is the temperature of my high fever? It is 41-42 degree Celsius! Isn't that high?
Hiaxx... I had been sick since yesterday. :( I had cough, high fever, headache, giddy.
I went to the Hougang Mall to see the doctor. It was really long. After that, I went home and slept because I am so tired.
Got 5 days mc and temp raised to 39.4. Going to celebrate National Day at home. Haha!
so many ppl in our class sick lor. even mr. krishnan oso mc..
maybe got the flu virus spread by our class. Mwawaahaha
