Hey, Oral is coming! I had just type some fun poems for you all to read! Hope you're like it!

Recite this fun pomes amount the parts of speech below.Does it help you understand what the parts of speech are in grammar?

All nouns are name of things

As Mary, Rome and King.

Pronouns take the place of nouns,

You know, she works, and he frowns.

To read, count, sing, laugh or run.

When what kind you wish to state,

Use adjectives as small or great.

But if manner you would tell

Use adverbs, slowly, well.

Conjunctions join the words together,

As men and women, wind or weather.

The preposition stands before

A noun, as in or through a door.

Interjection show surprise,

As oh! how pretty! ah! how wise.

The world are called eight parts of speech,

Which reading, writing, speaking teach

Rain, reign, and rein,

English is a pain

Although the words

Sound just alike

the spelling's not the same!

Bee, be, B,

I'd rather climb a tree

Than learn to spell the same old word,

Not just one way but three!

Sight, site, cite,

I try with all my might.

No matter which I choose,

It's not the one that's right!
