Friday, September 28, 2007Hi everyone! Today, I am going to tell you about fruits. Fruits are a gift to mankind. They provides us vitamins necessary for our body. Most people like to eat fruits? Do you like eating fruits? I like to eat fruits too! The picture below is my favourite fruits which is the durians!
The Durian is a tropical fruit. Some of them don't like this fruit because of various kinds of reasons. Some of the resons are the smell of the durians and the softness of it. Do you know that most of the tourists that come here don't like it? Anyway, tell you a thing that you will find it really funny.
Someone told me yesterday that he had planted 3 D24 fruits at his home. It is really funny, isn't it? Ha Ha! He also told me that he also planted a plant at Clementi and he said that he will wait for 10 years then he will gets to eat the durians! Ha! I don't belive him. Somemore, he stayed at a flat and plant it just outside his house! If his words are real, then his house would be really big as a durians tree is very tall. Also, he might not be even staying in a flat but in a farm or a D24 fruit plantation which is mostly found at Malaysia! He He!
Do you know the name of the fruit above? Yes! It is a pomeloes! In malay, it is also called limau abung. Pomeloes may be green in the outer covering of it, it is white in colours inside. It is also very juicy! Most of the time, we Chinese will buy this fruit to celebrate the festival Mid-Autunm festival. Okay Bye!

Happy Children Day to everyone! Children Day is coming! Are you excited about it? On that day, we will be also celebrating \'Be yourself Day\'. This year, we will be encouraged to wear like a superheros! There will be fun learning trail too! But the bad news is that after Children\'s Day, it will be PSLE!!! Wahhh... So, I must relaxed myself during Children\'s Day! He He! At these few days, there will be some pupils walking around and ask people to donate their recess money! :) Finally, I will wish you all a wonderful and joyful Children's Day!

Saturday, September 22, 2007Hi everybody! It is me again! my family and I found that one of ours money plants (钱生钱) had bloom and grows into a fruit. The fruit looked like a peach. The picture below is my money plants. 
On 1st September, which was also Teachers’ Day, we found the fruit. It did not look like a peach at first. It is greenish in colour and I was quite surprised when I see one. I did not know a money plant can bears fruits. I didn’t see it bear fruits, although I had been growing it for 2 two years. I had been growing it since Year 2005. The fruit turns to more pinking every week.
It was very greenish until the next week, 8th September. It turns more pinkish. I didn’t notice it at first until I compare both the picture I taken. It was so fast. It only took a week to turn to more pinkish. Of course, the fruit still had not ripe. The picture is taken at 8th September. You can compare the previous picture. You can see the difference between them.
The third week, 15th September, the fruit is getting more ripe. It is getting more and more like a peach. It looked more like a peach than a fruit of a money plant, isn’t it? You can look for yourself.
Doesn’t it look nice? I hope this “peach” will bring my family and me a good health, endless wealth luck and also let me achieve better results especially this year is my PSLE! Wish all of you Good Luck and pass them with fiying colours resuits at end of the year 2007!

Tomorrow is my PSLE Listening Comprehennsion. For Primary 3, 4 and 5, they would not need to attend school. We must be in school earlest 8a.m.The 1st listening comprehension that we are going to take is Chinese and then English. My room allocation for English is EL6-5 while the room allocation for my Chinese is CL 6-4. Yippee! There is a short break too! Hope I can get good marks for my PSLE Listening Comprehension. Yeah!

The importance of good health
Today, I am going to tell you the importance of being healthy.
“Good health is a wealth” is an old and true saying. A person has to have a healthy mind and body to have a happy life. A person who is sickly or crippled can hardly work and earn a living by himself. Such a person has no choice but to live on the charity of others. Imagine how miserable the life would be such unfortunate people!
A well balanced diet of nutritious foods is essential for a healthy life. One has to have regular exercise to maintain one’s fitness. There are many forms of exercise like playing games, jogging, cycling or going to the gym to carry weights. In schools we have physical exercise programmes to teach us the value of being healthy. One has to learn at a young age to care for one’s body.
If a person is deaf and dumb, he becomes a burden to the society. He needs to be cared for and protected by a charity organization. If our country has fewer sickly or disabled people ‘homes’ where they get the right medical care and training to learn any skills.
We should be living in hygienic environment as it is vital for healthy living. Those who live in unhygienic conditions have a greater chance of falling sick. Filthy drains can cause water pollution. This can cause our health. It is for this reason that the government has made it a point to promote clean and healthy living for its people. We are always having cleanliness campaigns so that they might install in the public an awareness of hygiene. A clean environment is as importance as regular exercises to keep ourselves healthy.
I am proud to say that the government of Singapore has seen to it that there are enough such public and private organizations that care for the less fortunate. The government also takes into the account people in wheelchairs, when building new blocks of flats, provides special ramps for them to move about with ease. In Singapore we are fortunate to have comfortable homes and clean environment for a healthy living.

少喝奶茶，不吃刚烤的面包，远离充电电源，白天多喝水晚上少喝，一天不喝多于两杯咖啡，少吃油多的食物，最佳睡眠是晚上十点至早上六点，晚上五点后少吃大餐，每天喝酒不多过一杯不用冷水服胶囊，睡前半小时服药不能马上躺下，睡眠不足八小时人会变笨，有午睡习惯人不易老手机剩下一格电源不要打电话，因其福射是平时一千倍，还要记得左耳接电话，右耳接会直接伤害大脑，请告诉每个您非常珍惜的好朋友。

This is one of my Chinese Composition that I wrote.
困难面前不低头!!!!
每当我看见在我桌上的不倒翁时，都会想起一件非常难忘的事。这件事发生在去年。事情的经过是这样的。。。。。。
“达明，三十八分！”黄老师叫道。我急忙上前去。黄老师又小声地对我说：“达明啊，你的成绩怎么一落千丈？以前你是我们最好的学生！你要再接再厉呀！千万别再退步了！”“知道了”我面红耳赤地对黄老师说。不久后，放学的铃声响了。我踏着沉重的脚步回家。我边走边说：“这次死定了！回家后一定给爸爸臭骂一顿。哎，我真不该交那些猪朋狗友，不然，我这次英文考试一定拿满分的！” 走着走着，我到家了。
我慢慢走向爸爸，吞吞吐吐地对他说：“爸爸，我。。。我拿回我的英文考试卷子了。”“哦，我猜这次考试你又拿到一百分？”爸爸兴高采烈地说。“爸爸，我。。。我没有那一百分，我只拿三十八分！”爸爸听了我的话后，他的脸色马上变了。他的脸气得一阵红，一阵白。他大声地对我说：“什么！怎么这么差？难道你不知道虚心使人进步，骄傲使人退步？你，只因为你每次拿满分就那么骄傲！你还交了那些猪朋狗友。朋友是会害你的！”“知道了！”
第二天是我的生日。爸爸帮我开了一个生日派对。我请了很多朋友参加这个生日会。这时，我的弟弟，小明，叫了我一声。我转头发现小明正那一个生日礼物。他对我说：“哥哥，爸爸叫我送这个给你！”过了几个钟头后，生日派对完了。我拿了我的生日礼物，然后把它们一一打开。我发现爸爸送我的是一个不倒翁。我非常不开心。这时，爸爸进来了，他看见我对他送的不倒翁很不满意，便说：“达明啊，我送你这个不倒翁是有意义的。其实，我要你像这个不倒翁一样，有困难也不要低头。勤奋是成功之母，只要你再用功，一定会再拿满分的。”我听了后，点点头表示赞同。
所谓“勤有功，戏无益”经过了这件事，我一定会用功读书，不再和那些猪朋狗友在一起。
