Friday, March 28, 2008Today, we doesn't have any school today as it is our school 61st Anniversary. We only need to go to school by 4p.m. to watch the concert and teh parade. But, there are 4 classes who will be watching the parade only. And the 4 classes included my class. Hiaxx... I had watched the parade before. But, we had no choice as there are no space for us to sit at the hall. After we seen the oparade, we were sent home. But, we are not going home so fast as Mr. See wanted to see us after that.
Lastly, I wanted to wish KiNG a happy birthday as his birthday is coming. Happy Birthday KiNG! And I wish u gd lukk and health. All the best.

21st March 2008
Hi there!! It’s me again! Anyway, today I went to my二姑’s house. Do you know what the reason is for being there? It’s because there’s a celebration on my 4th nephew’s 1st month after his birth. It’s a baby boy and his name is林世欢. He also had an elder sister name林晚晴. Both of them are really cute. :) Anyway, I and the family are the first to reach there. :) Then, we went to the ground level to wait for the others. There are also自助餐. After a while, we started eating. There were a variety of food there and all of them looked really delicious. I took different of them. Yummy! I like the mutton curry the most. Anyway, I also carried 世欢. He really likes moving around a lot. ;) But, he’s really CUTE!

Sunday, March 16, 2008Hi there everyone! Ah.... I finally found my Geography Homework at the library. Phew.... It's like hidden in a small corner. I then print it out to go home and do. Holiday there sre so many homework. Tomorrow is a weekday again. Holidays are over. :( These are the homework I have:

Today, at the Library, I had a huge surprise. I suddenly saw my sister and my two nephews. I rarely saw them now as different school. So,today when I saw them, I was really happy lor. :) My sister also told me to jyjy on my studies. Okay, that's all bye!

Saturday, March 15, 2008Project! Projects!
I think you had guessed what I am going to say about this post. Yes! You are right! I am going to tell you about our projects. As you know I had a lot of projects for us to do. But, the happy thing is we had finished 2 projects already which is the Home Economics project and the Mathematics projects. Yeah! But, actually, I cannot say that the Home Economics project is fully finished. I still haven’t cooked the dish yet. But, I don’t know how the muffins taste like.On 13th March 2008, I finished up the Mathematics project with Sharlyn. We were so happy that we had finished it that we took many photograph of it with the project. :D We are such a good team. Now we only have Music and Science projects. Anyway, the Home Economics project, we had few slides only, but now we had 28 slides. Isn’t it well done and a lot? Hooray! Hope teacher will like it. Okay, that’s all bye!

Meet-the-parents sessions ^ _ ^
Hi there everyone! It’s me again! Anyway, you may be surprised that why I would I be writing a post at this time when I should be at the Band. Actually, today, the teacher let us go early. Anyway, today is the Meet-the-parents sessions too! So, after the Band, I went to the classroom to find my mother. After a while, it’s our turn. I am not as naughty as you thought! Mr. See said that I am good. Luckily he said that I am good… Or else… He also said that I am really helpful. Actually, the Meet-the-parents session is for teachers to provide feedback on our academic and non-academic progress for Term 1 2008. More importantly, the teachers had shared with the parents the School’s expectations of us for the subsequent academic terms and how we can better prepare for them. It also allowed the parents and the School to foster a closer a closer relationship for the benefit of us. Anyway, we also got our report book.
Anyway, I got 5 distinctions. There are only 9 people that got five distinctions in my class. 1 person got 6 distinctions who is Wuan Yee. She is the highest. I will get higher results during the mid-year examinations! :)

Hi there everyone! It’s the March Holiday! Are you happy about it? I hope you are! But, the bad thing is that our teachers gave us piles and piles of homework. I’m sure that you’re teachers gave you all a lot of homework too! I had a little homework for the holidays. But, there’re a lot of projects for us to do. That’s even worst than homework loh. Anyway, it’s not one or two as you may think. Let me count… There are Home Economics Project, Science Project, Mathematics Project, and Music Project. I think that’s all of them. So, there are 5 projects to do. Don’t you think it’s a lot to do in a week of holiday? Not only that we still had homework! Better hurry to do finish. Anyway, do you know that today is “Woman’s Day”? I wish everyone:

Hi there again! It’s me again. Anyway, I am really busy this few days loh. Tomorrow will be a busy day too! Anyway, tomorrow during lesson I have口语训练. But, it’s very long. Tomorrow after school at 2.30p.m., I still have作文比赛. I hope that I will do well for it. Anyway, we will be going to 1A to have the competition. The theme will be given on the spot there. Anyway, after that I still had Band which started at 3.30o.m. In case I am late, I told Xin Yi to help me tell the conductor first.
Okay, let’s talk about what happen today, in case you get impatient. I hope you wouldn’t. HA HA! Today, it was raining, so we went to the class. But our class chairman haven’t come yet, so all of us sat outside the classroom chatting. Anyway, there is 听写today. Anyway, today I stayed back with Sharlyn to do the Home Economics Food Nutrition project. Talking about projects, my teachers just gave us more projects to do during March holidays. Hey, think about that. March holiday is just a week. Our teachers gave us: Home Economics Food Nutrition Project, Science Project, Mathematics Project, and Literature. There’re maybe more projects coming in. You may say that the projects are not important. You’re wrong. The projects are counted marks. So we must do it properly. Anyway, the bad thing about the Home Economics project is that we need to buy the ingredients ourselves. Today during assembly, it’s the Final of the Inter-class English Language Story-telling competition. Our class went into the Final. Jazin was in it. He was the last one to tell the story. He acted so funny and the result is that our class got first! Yeah! That’s good news. Anyway, there will be bonus point added to our class point. Okay, that’s all. Better go and do my projects. BYE! I will post again other “interesting” stuff when I am free.

Hi there! Posting again. Below is a compo that I had written.
“助人为快乐之本”
所谓“助人为快乐之本”，我从一件事，深深体会到这句话的意思。虽然这件事仿佛刻在我心上。事情的经过是这样的。。。。。。
“铃。。。。。。”，放学的铃声终于响了！同学们都一窝蜂地跑回家。他们的母亲都带雨伞来接他们，因为外面正下着倾盆大雨。那些忘了带伞的同学只好冒着雨走回家，变成“落汤鸡”。幸好，我有一把伞。我打开雨伞，踏着轻快的脚步走回家。
走着走着，我看一位年老的老婆婆。她很吃力地推着推车，里头装满了纸皮箱。她走路时一拐一拐地走路。这时，我的心里的“魔鬼”和“天使”便吵了起来。“魔鬼”说：“哎呀！不用帮那位老太婆啦！如果你帮了她，自己都没有好处，帮了又有什么用？”“天使”便说：“不！你要帮那位老婆婆！她可能会跌倒！”我的心里正在互相矛盾。这时，我选择听从“天使”的话，便不管三七二十一，地冲上前去帮助老婆婆。老婆婆看了后开心得乐不可开支。我帮老婆婆推着推车。
“啊！”我不小心摔倒了，手里的雨伞随风而去。“糟糕！我一淋到雨就会生病！哎呀，还是送老婆婆回家吧！”我心里想。“小妹妹，这把伞，我们一起共同用一把伞吧！”“老婆婆，不用啦！我还年轻，你还是自己用吧！”我们一边走一边谈天说地。走着走着，我们终于到了老婆婆的家。那时，我已经变成一只“落汤鸡”。
老婆婆看到我这样，笑得合不拢嘴。她笑着对我说：“像你这样的人，还真是少见呀！那，这个十块，给你！”“不要啦！这十块，你还是收着好！助人为快乐之本嘛！”我笑着对老婆婆说。这时，我的心已经比吃蜜糖还要甜！
我看了一看手表，发现已经五点了！我的心里碰碰直跳，就好比十五个吊桶打水－七上八下。“糟了！妈妈已经回来了！回家后，一定给妈妈痛骂一顿。现在轰隆隆的雷声紧跟着闪电，震得窗户都发抖，风又越刮越猛，雨越下越大，就像天快要搨下来似的。。。。。。我还是冒着雨吧！”我心里想。我回头向老婆婆道别，便三步并作两步地走回家。不久，我终于到家了！妈妈打开了木门，看见一只“落汤鸡”站在门外，吓了一跳。可是那只是一阵子而已，过后她气得暴跳如雷。她气呼呼地对我说：“颜儿，你为什么这么晚才回家？你连打一通电话给我都没有！我不是给你一把雨伞吗？为什么还淋雨淋到像一只‘落汤鸡’？说！是不是跑去跟朋友玩？！“我只好吞吞吐吐，一五一十地把事情的真相告诉妈妈。妈妈听了后，立刻眉开眼笑。我的心里的大石头终于可以放下来。
第二天，在礼堂，校长在许多学生的面前表扬我。原来那位老婆婆是校长的妈妈！从这件事后，我决定做好事，因为助人为快乐之本嘛！

Yesterday, we went to support my seniors in the Basketball Tournament. Our school versus the Yishun Town Secondary School. The results is that we won! vistory! Yeah! Anyway, we had school bus to bring us to and fro. Hiaxx... On a day in March, there Meet-the-parents session loh. Okay, that's all! Bye!

This is a day that happens only once in four years, so enjoy this extradinary by doing something special like spending some special time with your folks, or even with your best pals!
