A trip to Changi Airport T3!!!
On 16th November (which is yesterday), I went to Changi Airport Terminal 3. It was really big. But, some of the places are not finished. There were 2 types of tickets. One is $1 and the other one is $3. The $1 tickets are the self-guided tour whereas the $3 tickets are guided tour and there is a bottle of NEWater each. I bought the $1 ticket. At every counter, there will be 2 people standing there explaining to the people who bought the self-guided tickets.
Terminal 3 is Singapore’s newest, largest and the most-anticipated terminal building. It is going to open on the 9th January 2008. It is set to further enhance Changi Airport’s status as the leading air hub in the region. Terminal 3 has the area of 63 football fields; this 380,000 sqm facility will be host to 22 millions passengers a year boosting Changi Airport’s total annual capacity to about 70 million passengers. Isn’t that a lot? Terminal 3 is also the embodiment of architectural refinement. It is also designed as an eco-friendly and energy-savings. There are few nice places in it. There are: T3 Visitor Gallery, Crossroad, Shopping Galore, Water Features, Powder Room, Butterfly Garden, Gate Hold rooms, Sky train, Green Wall and many more. Tell you something. In the Butterfly Garden and the Koi Pond, the fish had not swam until there and so as the butterflies. Okay, this is all, bye!
