Friday, December 21, 2007Today, I went to Nan Chiau High School to report. We must reached there by 8.30a.m. I can either take bus number 80, 87 or 119 to go there. I need to sit till the Senkang Interchange. But, afterthat, I still need to walk. :( But, I will pass by Busy Bee's house. Too Bad! It will not see me as he is at overseas! Ha Ha! Finally I reached Nan Chiau High school! It is really huge loh! But, first, I need to go to the notice board to see which class I am. Anyway, I am in Class 1F and my index number is 1, so it is really easy to find my name!!! :) Then, I went up to the hall. I thought I would not see any of my P6 classmates. But, I was wrong. I saw Bryan there. He is in Class 1G. The class beside me. He is in the Normal Academic Stream. I also saw my other friend, Ivan. He is in the last class, 1I! He is in the Normal Technical Stream! Then, I report to a teacher that is in front of my class. I thought he is our form teacher! Phew.... Luckily, he is not! He couldn't even see the words properly loh! I passed him my report book and he gave me three forms! ;) We need to sit according to our classes. After a while, the "show" begin!!!! First, is some music played by the pupils in the school. Then, others is all presentations! There are only 2 presatation. Oh Yes! Our principal, Mr. Ong, also gave a speech. He spoke once in English and once in Chinese! Okay, I will tell you about the school.
We need to reached school by 7.15a.m. and we cannot be late. If we are late for more than 20 times, the conduct on the report book will be showed as poor no matter how good our studies are. They said it is to tell us how important punctuality is. We will go back early on Friday which is at 12.40p.m. Other day, we will only go home at 1.50p.m.!
At the place where we can buy books, uniforms, shoes and socks, there are 3 long lines. Did I tell you that the shoes and the socks there are black in colour and they had printed the school name there too! But, all of the things are expensive loh. Do you know how much all of them cost? Let you guess..... It cost over $520!!!! Isn't all the books, uniforms, shoes and socks expensive? Anyway, I am really lucky to be chosen. In 2200 people, they only chose 360 from them! Phew... Aren't I lucly? The Best things I like there is everything is written in Chinese, my favourite subject! Yeah! Yahoo! But, I still need to work extremely hard to get good marks! Okay, that's all for now! Bye!
