Hi there! Yesterday, there was no school because we had the Annual Cross Country. But, this time the destination of the Cross Country is different. This time, it is held at the new park at Sengkang, which is the Sengkang Riverside Park. Actualy, there was no people at the park. Now, I understand why the Principal said that the Town Council is really happy that we went there to have our Cross Country. This time the distance of our run is also much longer than last year. That is a bad thing though. This run is longer than the 2.4km run we had. :( But, unlike last year, I am not the last few of the Secondary 2 girls. This time I am at the middle though! Yeah!. Oh! I had forgotten to tell you all the distance the run is. Anyway, it is about 2.5km to 3km. I tried to keep running. But, I walked some distance though. Haha! Let me give you more information about the Cross Country. The Secondary 2 to 5 will have to report to the Sengkang Riverside Park directly for the morning assembly at 7.30am. But for the Secondary 1, they will have to report to the school in the morning as usual in the School Hall. The attendance for this Cross Country is compulsory. Transportation is provided for the Secondary 1 and back to school.Bus service 372 or LRT (alighting at the Farmway station) are available for us to take to the Sengkang Riverside Park.
Sara got 1st! Yeah! A lot of my classmates got the Top 60!
