Write about a time you are in a camp:D
A camp is an interesting thing that you can learn lots of things like teamwork. The most recent camp that I had attended is the Secondary 1 Orientation Camp. Let me tell you a summary of what had happened then…
The Secondary 1 Orientation Camp is from 3rd January to 5th January. I had a lot of fun there. I had lots of fun there. On the 1st day, we need to go to school at the usual time. As it was raining on that day, we went to the classroom first. After a while, we went to the hall to line up according to our class. There are only Secondary 1s in the hall, the other level are at the Quadrangle. After that, we need to surrender all our electronics devices. Then, it’s the principal address. We also had a presentation on the school expectation. It was long. It took about 50minutes! Next we went to the canteen to have our breakfast. But, before that we need to go back to our classroom to take our cups. We had a Pandan cake, a curry puff, and a cup of Milo each. It was delicious. After our breakfast, we went back to our classroom to put back our cups. We then had the Ice breaking games. It was fun! We played for an hour, and then we went back to the hall.
We seen some presentations and done some hands-on activity. It is mostly about how we act in conflicts and learning styles. I found out that I tend to use Compromising (Fox) conflict strategy more frequently and I tend to use the Confronting (Owl) and Forcing (Shark) conflict strategies less frequently. Then, we went for our lunch. After that, we heard a talk about BGR.
After the talk, we could play games. We played the ‘Game of Life’. We played for one and a half hours. Then, we went back to our classroom. It’s our bathing time. Since we are class 1F and class 1A go first, we still need to wait for a long time. The bathing time for girls is 4minutes and 3 minutes for boys. That’s what’s the teacher said so. :) Anyway, we draw to see who will go to the toilet first when it’s time for us to go. I was in the first batch, the 2nd one! Yeah! :D The bad thing is that when I just when in the toilet, the councilor started banging on the door! I shouted that I had just when in. Then, she finally stopped banging.
On the 2nd day, we had to wake up at 6.30am. But, I couldn’t sleep well, so I had already woken up at 5.30am. After that, we need to go to the quadrangle to have some exercise. We then had the assembly before we went to have out breakfast. Then, we had the assembly. Then, we went to eat our breakfast. We then played in the Inter-class Captain Ball. Each class had 4 teams and I am in the 4th team. We managed to be the 2nd of all the teams. Actually, winning isn’t important. The most important is to have fun! But, I am still happy about getting 2nd!
On the 3rd day, we had the same thing. But after that, we had the CCA Orientation. All the councilors tried to call us to join their different kind of CCA, so basically they are shouting there. We need to choose 3 choices of the CCAs. After that, the councilors debrief us and break camp!
From this camp, I am able to know my classmates even more. I hope that we will have this kind of camp next time because I had so much fun from it.

The importance of good health:DToday, I am going to tell you the importance of being healthy.
“Good health is a wealth” is an old and true saying. A person has to have a healthy mind and body to have a happy life. A person who is sickly or crippled can hardly work and earn a living by himself. Such a person has no choice but to live on the charity of others. Imagine how miserable the life would be such unfortunate people!
A well balanced diet of nutritious foods is essential for a healthy life. One has to have regular exercise to maintain one’s fitness. There are many forms of exercise like playing games, jogging, cycling or going to the gym to carry weights. In schools we have physical exercise programmes to teach us the value of being healthy. One has to learn at a young age to care for one’s body.
If a person is deaf and dumb, he becomes a burden to the society. He needs to be cared for and protected by a charity organization. If our country has fewer sickly or disabled people ‘homes’ where they get the right medical care and training to learn any skills.
We should be living in hygienic environment as it is vital for healthy living. Those who live in unhygienic conditions have a greater chance of falling sick. Filthy drains can cause water pollution. This can cause our health. It is for this reason that the government has made it a point to promote clean and healthy living for its people. We are always having cleanliness campaigns so that they might install in the public an awareness of hygiene. A clean environment is as importance as regular exercises to keep ourselves healthy.
I am proud to say that the government of Singapore has seen to it that there are enough such public and private organizations that care for the less fortunate. The government also takes into the account people in wheelchairs, when building new blocks of flats, provides special ramps for them to move about with ease. In Singapore we are fortunate to have comfortable homes and clean environment for a healthy living.

少喝奶茶，不吃刚烤的面包，远离充电电源，白天多喝水晚上少喝，一天不喝多于两杯咖啡，少吃油多的食物，最佳睡眠是晚上十点至早上六点，晚上五点后少吃大餐，每天喝酒不多过一杯不用冷水服胶囊，睡前半小时服药不能马上躺下，睡眠不足八小时人会变笨，有午睡习惯人不易老手机剩下一格电源不要打电话，因其福射是平时一千倍，还要记得左耳接电话，右耳接会直接伤害大脑，请告诉每个您非常珍惜的好朋友。
